The saunas can be used without a reservation. However, online reservations are necessary during special events. Please note that you may have to wait for entry depending on how crowded the facility is on the day.

The following are strictly prohibited inside the facility
Any behavior deemed dangerous or a nuisance to other guests, bringing in food or drinks, pets, consumption of alcohol for guests who are driving, usage of mobile phones or other electronic devices in the bath and locker room areas, smoking, and any other illegal acts. Any violation will result in immediate eviction of the offender, and they will be required to settle any owed balance.

The entire facility is strictly non-smoking. A 5,000 yen replacement fee will be charged for lost wristbands or locker keys. We assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or trouble between customers within the facility.
How to use

Shopping
All in-facility purchases can be made using your wristband, including at the shop or restaurant, and for any other paid services. Please settle the total amount including the admission fee at the front desk at the end of your visit.

Bathrooms
Saunas, cold baths, and hot tubs are available in the respective men’s and women’s bath areas. For details on each sauna room, please refer to the Floor Map page.

Meeting room
Meeting rooms are available to be reserved for up to 5 hours for a maximum occupancy of 8 people. (Booking details will be announced at a later date.)

HUONE (Private Sauna)
A reservation-only private sauna. We invite you to rent it out for a tranquil time with friends in your own dedicated space (Booking details will be announced at a later date.)
Capacity: 5 people.

Retreats
We offer uniquely developed sauna programs including Aufguss, whisking, herbal retreats enveloped in the comfort of greenery, sound retreats focusing on live music, and scrub treatments. For details, please see the Retreats page.

Please order from the food menu using the QR code at your table. You can pay using your wristband.

SAUNAS original goods are sold at the store next to the front desk. You can make purchases using your wristband. Please note that purchases are limited to facility guests only.

Located in front of the entrance is a new plant-based cafe by TOYOKE that can also be enjoyed by non-guests.

Access
From Takanawa Gateway Station
The building on your right as you exit the ticket gates is NEWoMan Takanawa North. Please take the elevator or escalator around the corridor on the right to the 5th floor.
*You can also use this route at night (after NEWoMan Takanawa closes).
From Sengakuji Station
Cross the intersection from Exit A2, pass through Sengakuji Tsuji Hiroba, and NEWoMan Takanawa North will be right in front of you. Enter through the entrance on the right and take the nearest elevator to the 5th floor.
*You can also use this entrance at night after NEWoMan Takanawa has closed
From the Parking Lot
Use the direct escalator or elevator from the P1 North Parking Lot to the 5th floor. *At night, direct access only goes up to the 2nd floor; please refer to the map from there. *Please note that P1 North is open 24 hours, while P1 South closes at 11:30 PM.
