A.Yes, your time includes the time spent using the restaurant or meeting rooms, and shopping at the store.

Q. How can I extend my stay?
A.Once you exceed your time limit, an extension fee will be added automatically. Please settle the full amount at the automatic payment machine when you leave. For details on extension fees, please check the link below:

Q. How do I enter the facility after NEWoMan Takanawa has closed?
A.At night, you can enter via Takanawa Gateway Station, Sengakuji Station, and the TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY parking lot. Please check the “Entry Method” section in our usage guide:

Q. Is the towel fee included in the admission price?
A.Towel rental is included in the admission fee, so no additional charges will be incurred.

Q. What amenities are available?
A.In the locker rooms, we provide skincare products (makeup remover for women only, face wash, lotion, moisturizing gel), cotton swabs, hair brushes, toothbrushes, and hair dryers. In the bath area, the shower rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. All amenities are complementary.

Q. Can large luggage fit in the lockers?
A.Suitcases and other large luggage can be kept at the front desk. Please ask the front desk staff upon your arrival.

Q. Can I use my mobile phone inside the facility?
A.The use of mobile phones and smartphones in the locker rooms and sauna rooms is strictly prohibited as it may cause a nuisance to other guests.

Q. Can I bring in my own bottled drinks?
A.We ask that you refrain from bringing in your own food and drinks. However, plastic bottle drinks are sold in vending machines located in each locker room, and complimentary water servers are available in the bath area.

Q. Can I bring in my own indoor poncho?
A.You may bring your own indoor poncho, but please refrain from using the sauna rooms or cold baths while wearing it.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A.The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Credit Cards (VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay / JCB / AMERICAN EXPRESS / Diners Club / DISCOVER), QR Code Payments (PayPay / auPAY / d-barai / J-Coin Pay / Merpay / Rakuten Pay), and Electronic Money (Transportation IC / iD / QUICPay / WAON / nanaco / Rakuten Edy).

Q. Is there a smoking area?
A.Please note that the entire facility is non-smoking, and there are no smoking areas available.

Q. Can I enter wearing a swimsuit?
A.We ask that you refrain from wearing swimsuits inside the bathing area. We ask that you refrain from wearing swimsuits in the water baths, for hygienic reasons.

Q. Can I enter with tattoos?
A.As with Shibuya SAUNAS, guests with tattoos are permitted to use Takanawa SAUNAS. This decision was made based on the fact that there have been no issues at Shibuya SAUNAS so far; however, if problems arise in the future, we may refuse entry to those with tattoos. As always, we strictly refuse entry to anyone identified as being affiliated with crime syndicates or anti-social organizations.
