SOUND
A sauna room accommodating up to 40 people, designed for programs like Aufguss. Equipped with a Hi-resolution compatible, high-quality sound system supervised by WHITELIGHT, it offers an experience where you feel as if you are melting into the sound and steam.
HAMON
An installation sauna room inspired by the sweat lodge used in Native American rituals, conceived by Wellbe CEO Yukitaka Yoneda. In this meditative space where beautifully programmed water ripples spread across the ceiling, the music of Kengo Tokusashi harmonizes with the surroundings, bringing a comfort that feels like your soul is returning home.
ARC
A sauna room with a unique spiral structure that allows you to experience different levels of temperature and steam depending on the elevation you settle in. The spacious seating allows you to lie down or relax in any posture you like, enjoying a gradation of heat tailored to your physical condition and preference.
VALO
A sauna room featuring a mechanism that envelops you in the scent of essential oils diffused from the walls. The light from the window reflected on the surface of the water illuminates the room in beautiful colors. Carefully selected aromas can be taken in deeply with every breath, while the gentle light brings tranquility.
PANORAMA
A sauna room with a panoramic window offering views of the ever-changing Takanawa cityscape from the 5th floor. Becoming one with this magnificent view while in the sauna provides an exceptional sense of liberation.
COLD BATH
You can enjoy two types of cold baths: a prominent cold bath in the center of the bathing area, and a reclining cold bath with partitions that allows you to lie down while maintaining your private space.
HOT BATH
Equipped with a hot tub to be enjoyed before or after your sauna session.
MAALI
Designed for compatibility with our uniquely developed retreat programs, this sauna room regularly hosts sessions using scrubs, mud, and herbs.
LEAVES
A herbal-focused sauna room where you are enveloped in fresh herbs and seasonal scents along with the steam.
PANORAMA

HUONE(PRIVATE SAUNA)
A private sauna room conducive to whisking, created under the direction of Magu Manpei. It is a fully equipped private space, complete with a sauna room, cold bath, and rest area. In addition to availability for whisking treatments, it is also available to be rented out for exclusive group use, allowing you to immerse yourself in relaxation to your heart's content without any hesitation.
Working Space / Meeting Room
We aimed to create a working environment where you can work comfortably while feeling mentally and physically refreshed after a sauna session. Private meeting rooms are also available, making it ideal for meetings and business discussions.
Lounge
You can enjoy a plant-based menu supervised by Yusuke Nomura, the fourth-generation head of "Shojin Ryori Daigo," a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Offering a selection of SAUNAS original sauna goods created in collaboration with various creators.
Aroma Lab
Features an on-site distillery capable of extracting essential oils from herbs and other plants for use in the sauna rooms. The extracted oils are used for löyly and other programs. We aim to utilize resources sustainably by using plants such as wood from forest thinning for the extraction process.

A power nap space is available to help you recharge more effectively and improve your overall performance.
=CAFE
Equal Cafe is a plant-based cafe and restaurant with the theme "Eating = Aligning the body and mind." Familiar menu items like curry, sandwiches, and parfaits are reinvented into novel and delicious dishes through technique and a skillful combination of ingredients, without the addition of unnecessary elements.
