We do not permit entry to the following guests: Persons under 18; those who are intoxicated; members of crime syndicates or anti-social organizations; those with infectious diseases; those prohibited from bathing by a doctor; and those unable to use the bath or toilet independently without assistance.”
Prohibited Acts:
The following actions are strictly prohibited inside the facility: Behavior toward other guests that may be a nuisance; bringing in food, drinks, or pets; drinking and driving, or bathing after drinking; using mobile phones or electronic devices in the bath area; smoking outside of designated areas; and any acts contrary to the law or public morals.
Other Notes:
The entire facility is non-smoking.
A 5,000 yen compensation fee will be charged for lost wristbands.
We assume no responsibility for accidents or theft within the facility.

All shopping and dining within the facility can be paid for using your wristband. Please settle the total amount at the front desk upon your departure.
Bath Area (Rotating by gender):
The dedicated bathing areas for men and women are swapped daily. Odd days: WOODS (Women) / LÄMPI (Men). Even days: WOODS (Men) / LÄMPI (Women).
Meeting Room:
We have a meeting room available on the 1st floor. Capacity: 8 people, maximum 5 hours. To make a reservation, please ask any member of our staff.
Aufguss:
Sign-ups are accepted at the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-ups begin 2 hours prior to the start time for men, and 3 hours prior for women. Reception closes 10 minutes before the start time or as soon as capacity is reached.
Whisking:
Conducted in the 3F KELO SAUNA. Advance reservations through the booking site (Coubic) are required. Pair reservations are available only for same-sex pairs.
Dining:
The menu is available via the QR code at your table. Ordering times: FOOD 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM / DRINK 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM / DONUTS 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Shop:
Original goods are sold next to the 1F front desk. Available to facility guests only. Good are also available for purchase on our online shop.
