Bathrooms
The building is divided into a west side and an east side, and the designated areas are swapped on odd and even days for men and women. This allows you to experience our entire lineup of 9 sauna rooms of 8 different types, 4 cold baths of 2 types, and outdoor air-bathing spaces, which are a rarity for an urban sauna. The names of each area and sauna express their spatial themes in Finnish.

TUULI SAUNA
Tuuli = Wind
A sauna room designed for Aufguss. You can thoroughly enjoy various Aufguss masters daily on a rotating basis.
SOUND SAUNA
A sauna room equipped with a sound system co-developed by musician Kengo Tokusashi and WHITELIGHT.
TEETÄ SAUNA
Teetä = Tea
Inspired by a traditional tea room where you sit cross-legged on the wooden floor gathered around the sauna stove.
KELO SAUNA
A specialized whisking sauna room using highly rare Kelo wood imported from Finland. Please note that it cannot be used during whisking treatments as it will be limited to those who have reserved in advance.
VIHTA SAUNA
A botanical space luxuriously covered in vihta (bundled birch branches).
MUSTA SAUNA
Musta = Dark/Black
"THE Finnish Sauna" where you can enjoy self-löyly in a calm, dimly lit space.
HARMAA SAUNA
Harmaa = Gray
A grey-toned space, which is rare for a sauna room, where you can also enjoy auto-löyly.
BED SAUNA
A sauna room with auto-löyly where you can lie down as you would in a bed.
Water Baths
SYVÄ
Syvä = Deep
One of the deepest cold baths in the Kanto region, boasting a depth of 150cm in LAMPI and 145cm in WOODS.
MATALA
Matala = Shallow
A cold bath with partitions that allows you to lie down while maintaining your private space.
Meeting Room / Working Space
Beyond the open entrance lies a lush, plant-filled working space. We aimed to create an environment where you can work comfortably while feeling mentally and physically refreshed after a sauna session. Private meeting rooms are also available, making it ideal for meetings and business discussions.
Restaurant
You can enjoy a plant-based menu at Shibuya SAUNAS supervised by Yusuke Nomura, the 4th generation head of "Shojin Ryori Daigo," a Michelin-starred temple cuisine restaurant. Enjoy dishes that are kind to the body yet highly satisfying, such as curry rich with the naturl umami of vegetables and fruits, vegetable packed Buddha bowls, and chewy whole-wheat donuts.

Whisking
Whisking is a treatment performed in a sauna using "whisks"—bundles of branches and leaves such as birch or oak. It is a type of phytotherapy (plant therapy) originating in the Baltic States. It is available at KELO SAUNA on the 3rd floor.
Aufguss
Held in TUULI SAUNA and SOUND SAUNA on the 3rd floor. Aufguss is a program originating in Germany that takes place inside a sauna room. By generating steam and circulating it with a towel, the perceived temperature rises, allowing you to enjoy the aromatic scents and the breeze. At Shibuya SAUNAS, you can enjoy authentic Aufguss performed by Aufguss masters.
